いえつき【家付き】

●結婚は家付きが条件よ. The man I marry will have to own a house [be someone who owns a house].

●家付きの娘 a young woman [daughter] who, when married, stays with the family house 《hence the man she marries will have to move into her family home》

・家付きの財産 a hereditary [family] estate; property [an estate] that includes [comes with] the [a] house

・家付きの土地 house and lot; a lot with a house.

●祖母は家付きだったので婿を取ったのだ. It was because my grandmother had to inherit the family home that she married someone adopted into her family.
